Pros

Can go between stores for more hours if there are multiple cooperate stores in the area, pay is competitive with automatic raises every 4 months @ 25 cents per. Good people usually, although it's a haven for A-types.

Cons

Operation is notoriously cheap, no benefits, no comped meals unless you work 10 hours in a day straight, management is good but when you have bad management it makes it frustrating, pay is inadequate for delivery drivers even though you can make $12 to $15 per hour you have to take small deliveries (versus pizza where you get a few bucks per delivery plus tip).

Pros

Decent pay and bonuses Potential for a laid back environment Very clean store

Cons

Current GM is terrible with the schedule, constant last minute changes with little to no notice of said changes. Also no notice when a new schedule was out. GM will blame the person for not seeing last minute changes and has penalized people in the past for it. GM flirts with most women that come into the store, even though he has a wife and kids. The drive through headsets will damage your hearing, as there isn't any audio cut off, so people can start cars in your ear at full volume. Grease trap gets cleaned every sunday and makes the entire store smell like sewage New owners are getting rid of PTO for any management employees Part time only and no benefits even as a manager other than a small bonus Employees and management refuse to wear beard nets even when clearly unsanitary Very drama filled environment
