Pros
Compensation is pretty competitive if you can meet requirements for cash bonuses. Job security for management is decent because they are too lazy to train replacements. Low hiring standards - easy for those with awful history to obtain a job.
Cons
The bonus requirements are nearly unattainable. Compensation for all but management is pathetic. Very little employee appreciation. Too many poor quality hires.
