Pros

The people that I work with are some of the best people I have ever worked with, and the current GM is more than easy to talk to and is working off the clock to help fix the store and all of the problems corporate is making for no reason.

Cons

Corporate has decided to work a skeleton crew, it’s never more than a driver, manager, and in shop in store. It is impossible to get any work done, constantly drowning in work no matter how hard we try to get everything done because corporate keeps cutting hours to the point it’s stressing everyone out and nearly every employee is on the verge of walking out. I am the current employee of the month, and I have not been paid my promised bonus, gift card, or extra merch, and neither has the employee of the month before me. The area manager does as little as possible and lies directly to everyone about what he is doing, causing even more issues when we are in trouble. No one above the GM seems to care about anything so long as they can turn as high of a profit with as little employees as possible. Every single time a problem has been fixed by anyone, it is undermined by upper management who doesn’t even look at our store individually.

Pros

Good pay, if there aren't too many drivers, and you're at a good place for lunch, you can expect to make around $50 in tips per day or more, and get reimbursed for mileage. The people there can be hit or miss, some people can be very fun to work with and responsible.

Cons

The upper management can be lead with too many sensitive women, who don't know how to diagnose situations properly, and take the side of the immature employees who get offended way too easily. The co-workers can be very young and irresponsible, but this is par for the course for food places if you don't have strong leadership.
