Pros

Have a job and have some cash that lasts me a day or two Occasional employee sale Coworkers are fun to be around

Cons

Antiquated payroll system, with low pay and expensive benefits. Commission is next to impossible to achieve, especially at the key holder level and above. Store managers get an automatic 3% commission on every sale, and take sales away from the staff that are making pennies a day. The store manager shouldn't have the highest sales in the store. Management could care less about your work life balance and extended hours for confusing sales are a joke. Obnoxious sales and promotions actually have customers making fun of the staff since they change so often. There is no technology at all in the company, the POS is old and antiquated, and everything is paper driven, each store probably has it's own forest of trees cut down on a regular basis.

Pros

40% discount and the music is good benefits are okay

Cons

Too much mandatory paperwork to keep up with when dealing with customers during prom, wedding, and graduation season. While simultaneously keeping up with the cleanliness of the floor when customers treat it like it’s a primark.
