Pros

The clothes are nice. No one pays full price, so at 60% off or more, it's the best quality for the money.

Cons

The pay is awful, many employees make minimum wage vs. commission, not plus as they are intentionally led to believe when applying to the job. Only a few months out of the year will most salespeople make enough sales to beat their commission rate, with 80% of sales staff making less than $20,000 per year.

Pros

40% discount and the music is good benefits are okay

Cons

Too much mandatory paperwork to keep up with when dealing with customers during prom, wedding, and graduation season. While simultaneously keeping up with the cleanliness of the floor when customers treat it like it’s a primark.
