Pros

good product, nice work environment, sucessful company and brand, good benefits, good people You can make about $40,000 per year if you are in a high-volume store ($2 million in sales/yr). Great customers.

Cons

No training (in my store). Had to learn on the job after making several mistakes. Not much support from store management in training. They did not want to train. hours 5 a.m. to 11p.m. twice a year during big sales; otherwise, straight 40 hours schedule and days off vary weekly depending upon store needs pay Your income as a salesperson will depend on the store's sales volume. I make $8/hr and I and the other sales associates only make commission (6% after quota) about 5 out of 52 weeks of the year. $250/week; then, during big sales, $8/hr + commissions not more than $300 You are required to sale more per hour once you enter overtime, so you get penalized when you work over 40 hours during "big sale" weeks.

Pros

40% discount and the music is good benefits are okay

Cons

Too much mandatory paperwork to keep up with when dealing with customers during prom, wedding, and graduation season. While simultaneously keeping up with the cleanliness of the floor when customers treat it like it’s a primark.
