Pros

reasonable quality everything made in foriegn countries some variety in offerings tailor service offered opportunity to work lots of extra hours due to high employee turnover

Cons

management that is oblivious to employees and the hard work necessary to do the job pay is a joke- $7.50-8.50/hr or .05% commission, whichever is greater. commission starts at .075% when first employed but permanently drops to .05% if you don't make commission expected to vacuum store and wash floor where there is no carpeting in retail area. holiday hours are extended and extreme endurance is required Bottom line: Customers get a deal at the expense of the people that actually do the work. Management (above store level) enjoy hearty bonus and commisssions large portions of store inventory is never sold- management unaware or doesnt care out of date upper management slow to respond to needs of stores for updated higher quality merchandise that also has variety; 95% of suits are dark gray or navy, merchandise techniques need to be modernized, brought out of the 1950's.

Pros

40% discount and the music is good benefits are okay

Cons

Too much mandatory paperwork to keep up with when dealing with customers during prom, wedding, and graduation season. While simultaneously keeping up with the cleanliness of the floor when customers treat it like it’s a primark.
