Pros
Great products. Plenty of tv and radio advertising.
Cons
No training whatsoever. Basicly 100% commision job. First you must "cover your hours," then you get commision on anything over that. So the net result is, you are 100% commision unless you do not make your quota, then you get a very poor hourly wage. They give you vacation, but frown on you if you try to accually use it. If you don't use it, you lose it. This is definatly a company of yes-men. You either drink the koolaid or there's the door. Management doesn't even pretend to care about its employees. After two strait years of being a "presidents club member," I was unceremonisly let go because our new store manager didn't think I "gelled" with his management style. Again, looking for 100% yesmen, who don't mind being dumped on constantly. If you work here don't ever plan on getting a weekend or holiday off. I've worked for many companies, but this place was the very worst.
