Pros

The worst company on earth, I was a top company performer moved to 6 different stores in 4.5 years. I was sent to these stores to clean them up and show the other managers how to manage not just steal sales from $5.00 an hour employees. The merger was a horrible joke! The company keeps tanking fired all of the VP's and DM's except for the worst one who was my regional. They fill the store with 2 good sales people and "bodies" which are just usually men over 60 and ready to retire who don't sell just except terrible wages and mediocre benefits untill they can retire. It is NOT a livable wage and they do NOT care about their employees empty promises and false hope. Anyone who approves of this company is a moron simply a moron store managers make maybe 50k and work 60 hours. Sales people and keys make maybe 24k a year because there is no buisness anymore at banks. They no longer can give you answers for anything if you have an issue you get a voice mail and transfered about it 10 times. Oh yea and forget getting paid your terrible commission properly I was probably the only person who realized my check was wrong every week!!!!!! DON'T WORK here they are closing stores not opening them unless you want 300 a week to bust your but and be abused by upper management with no reward.

Pros

40% discount and the music is good benefits are okay

Cons

Too much mandatory paperwork to keep up with when dealing with customers during prom, wedding, and graduation season. While simultaneously keeping up with the cleanliness of the floor when customers treat it like it’s a primark.
