JobNimbus has the best culture for sales I’ve ever experienced. The pay and benefits are great too. Love working here and plan to be here for years to come!

I wish there was a hybrid option. However, it’s 100% in office.

Incredible place to work if you are in sales. Great leaders, great VP, great revenue operations… it’s one of the best tech companies in Utah. They take really good care of their employees. We have a hybrid work schedule, they bring us lunch once a week for the 3 days we are in office, and they always a have a ton of fun activities going on that include your family. The work life balance here is great.

Cons

Sometimes leadership expects a lot, but nothing out of the ordinary. They hired A players, and expect A player performance. They hold you to a high standard because they know you are capable of it. Sometimes it can mean early mornings, late nights, and 12 hour days. But if you want to win, this is the place to be. If you want to coast and be average, this can definitely be a con.
