1. Sinking ship: The product does not solve the most basic and important facets of a roofer or general contractor. I would never buy JobNimbus if I was in the business.
2. Toxic leadership: Any questioning of push back is frowned upon, even threatened. Firing people is part of their business model
3. Babysitting: this company loves to babysit you. Good luck not “looking busy” at your desk for fear of being put in the wrong category! There were literally managers there who thought “looking busy” was important.
4. Not great salaries. For learning a product that frankly is average at best, it’s very complex to learn. Like most failing companies; the product is developed exclusively to get more sales. Not to provide the basic tenets a roofer would need for their business
5. Nepotism: I’ll just this here. No description needed. I strongly disapprove of the CEO
This is a cutthroat company. Stay far away.
