Pros
Great work life balance and culture, hybrid working model(you can go fully remote), and lots of amazing perks like monthly snack box, summer events, wellness benefits, etc. People here are super nice, and respect that you have a life outside of work, and will not message you after hours. Able to work on the newest technology(graphQL, react/react native), the culture allows engineers to have a lot of influences of the product. We’re able to allocate a good chunk of our sprint work to pure technical enhancements as well. Management is very supportive, helps you and want you to succeed. We are encouraged to take some time outside of each sprint for personal learning and improvement. There’s a very quick feedback loop to work in the product team here, meaning you can build products quickly and see results, iterate, experiment, and improve. Process is still somewhat lean compare to big tech. This is somewhere that has a great opportunity where you can grow together with the company as the product scales.
Cons
Its still a startup, meaning lots of changes come in your way, and you have to adapt.
