Pros
The perks were good and I think there are attempts to try and have a good company culture by following all the trends of tech. I’m talking things like swag, good benefits, free food, etc.
Cons
All the managers seem to just be the people there longest. So many of them seem so under qualified, lacking all leadership skills, and sometimes are jut not great people. A company that promises great growth for great performers surely lacked in it once I signed my contract. I was told that other people in my position had to do it for 7 years before moving. I was considered a high performer but had workload lowered - to the point when I left it felt like forced dismissal. The bottom line is they don’t care about developing people, no matter how many coaching sessions they have. These is also no diversity and inclusion. Nothing for pride, women’s day, national day or reconciliation. They just pretend like these things don’t exist but spout that they welcome everyone.
