Pros
Remote work. Cool people. Macbooks.
Cons
I can write a book but I'll try to summarize my experience. This place is a dumpster fire. You're micromanaged to death by people who have no business leading sales teams. My direct manager came from Starbucks — literally slinging lattes for a living — with zero real SaaS sales experience, yet somehow got put in charge of coaching reps on closing deals. The blind leading the blind. Leadership is a clique of yes-men (and women) who promote based on fake energy, not skill or results. If you don’t fit the white, bubbly, ultra-positive mold, you’re instantly sidelined. The culture is culty and toxic — question anything, and you’re labeled “negative” or “not a culture fit.” DEI is all talk, no action. They’ll parade it in front of you during onboarding and then completely ignore it. There’s no support, no accountability, and no room for actual growth unless you’re willing to play the game. If you value real leadership, real development, or your sanity — run far, far away.
