Pros
Remote work - only in CAD.
Cons
Working at Jobber feels like less like being in tech sales and more like being stuck in a never-ending TED Talk led by someone who used to manage a coffee shop. My direct leader came from a retail background, folding clothes and making coffee for a living and it shows — zero sales strategy, no real coaching, just a lot of “rah-rah” energy and empty slogans. Their idea of training? Listening to Gong calls at 6:30 a.m. and parroting whatever sounded good to other reps like it’s gospel. Zero depth. Zero strategy. The culture? All about optics. Instead of building a place where top performers thrive, it's all forced DEI initiatives, virtue signaling, and clapping for the sake of clapping. It’s performative, not progressive. If you're looking for a place to grow as a serious sales pro, this ain’t it. Save yourself the frustration.
