      Pros

      -If you want to join an organization where the sky is the limit, this is for you! -Great software and tools beyond a CRM - think automation! -Fantastic Learning & Development team -Transparent leadership -Great EARNED events -High autonomy -Fantastic benefits -Meritocracy -Ability to build and create

      Cons

      Not so much a con, but more so a fit/alignment callout. If you don't have the work ethic/intrinsic motivation and skills, Jobot isn't right for you. You work on roles you bring in (though there is cross-collaboration), and that isn't for everyone. This isn't a machine that feeds you. But for those who've already achieved success and want to build beyond it, this is perfect.

      incredible 100% paid benefits and leadership, every other Friday off, truly one of the best organizations I have ever worked for

      None, they keep making decisions to benefit our consultants, clients, and employees overall. I will be here until I retire :)

      Pros

      Fully remote, full autonomy, free Friday’s, incredible leaders and colleagues, the list goes on. I can’t say enough great things about this company. CEO is a brilliant woman and you’d never know or expect this in a company this size but she knows every single employee by name, whether you’re at the tippity top or barely moving the needle. Jobot is everything it claims to be, plain and simple. When they claim kindness and respect is the foundation of their company, they live by those words.

      Cons

      This isn’t necessarily a con but this industry is NOT for the weak. It is a grind and then some. If you are not willing to grind and work hard, this is not the job for you.
