      Just a few of the best things about Jobot ;-) +Smiling faces and positive attitudes +Awesome leadership and mentorship +Opinions are welcome and listened to +Employees are included and share in the success of the company +The technology is great and we barely just started, top of the line tools for recruiters with more on the way +Talented positive people in all positions, top notch recruiters +The best events for nearly any company, always a good time +The feeling of belonging, being cared for, and respected +Tons of free food and drinks (including top tier coffee) +Leadership from the very top that is contagious and leaves you feeling empowered +Brilliant CEO and CTO

      Not a great place to work if you want to do nothing and get paid :)

      incredible 100% paid benefits and leadership, every other Friday off, truly one of the best organizations I have ever worked for

      None, they keep making decisions to benefit our consultants, clients, and employees overall. I will be here until I retire :)

      Pros

      Fully remote, full autonomy, free Friday’s, incredible leaders and colleagues, the list goes on. I can’t say enough great things about this company. CEO is a brilliant woman and you’d never know or expect this in a company this size but she knows every single employee by name, whether you’re at the tippity top or barely moving the needle. Jobot is everything it claims to be, plain and simple. When they claim kindness and respect is the foundation of their company, they live by those words.

      Cons

      This isn’t necessarily a con but this industry is NOT for the weak. It is a grind and then some. If you are not willing to grind and work hard, this is not the job for you.
