      Pros

      Invested in those who work here. Provide the resources to make you successful. They listen to your feedback and make improvements fairly quickly. Amazing culture. Positive, helpful, driven, high performers. Love getting gifts and i've recieved more gifts from Jobot in the past 5 months working here than the past 5 years working at my last employer. They appreciate and recognize their employees. Every other friday is a free friday. Every other tuesday is optional trivia night. Random games from Heidi to win all kinds of prizes during the week. Giveaways, etc. Ya, I love working here.

      incredible 100% paid benefits and leadership, every other Friday off, truly one of the best organizations I have ever worked for

      None, they keep making decisions to benefit our consultants, clients, and employees overall. I will be here until I retire :)

      Pros

      Fully remote, full autonomy, free Friday’s, incredible leaders and colleagues, the list goes on. I can’t say enough great things about this company. CEO is a brilliant woman and you’d never know or expect this in a company this size but she knows every single employee by name, whether you’re at the tippity top or barely moving the needle. Jobot is everything it claims to be, plain and simple. When they claim kindness and respect is the foundation of their company, they live by those words.

      Cons

      This isn’t necessarily a con but this industry is NOT for the weak. It is a grind and then some. If you are not willing to grind and work hard, this is not the job for you.
