Pros

Uncapped Earnings Autonomy Incentives and gamification of metrics Fun events Everyone is super nice Heidi is super nice but inaccessible

Cons

You can do really well for yourself at Jobot, if you grind non-stop. There is very little support from managers and higher-ups and very little professional development. You can get promotions every quarter but your commission does not change unless you grow your team . Who would want to be a manager if you don't have a good manager yourself? Managers are expected to bill & for this reason, they don't fully focus on their team. There is big talk about how much money you can make here but little support to help ICs up their game with the exception of an occasional email. Also, unlimited PTO but no coverage for your desk. You can't take a real vacation and burnout is real. Every other Friday off does help. Very little diversity Nepotism and broken rules of engagement

Pros

incredible 100% paid benefits and leadership, every other Friday off, truly one of the best organizations I have ever worked for

Cons

None, they keep making decisions to benefit our consultants, clients, and employees overall. I will be here until I retire :)

Pros

Fully remote, full autonomy, free Friday’s, incredible leaders and colleagues, the list goes on. I can’t say enough great things about this company. CEO is a brilliant woman and you’d never know or expect this in a company this size but she knows every single employee by name, whether you’re at the tippity top or barely moving the needle. Jobot is everything it claims to be, plain and simple. When they claim kindness and respect is the foundation of their company, they live by those words.

Cons

This isn’t necessarily a con but this industry is NOT for the weak. It is a grind and then some. If you are not willing to grind and work hard, this is not the job for you.
