Pros
Great interview process, thought the interview questions and info requested was relevant and challenging in a good way. The CEO really is undeniably delightful. Tech set up for work from home is nice. Perks, pay, and benefits are great
Cons
The weird hot pitching cold resumes to cold companies you've never spoken to on either side sometimes aside.... There are a lot of unwritten preferred best practices and standards they expect from recruiters they don't really tell you until you start ie I brought a lot of business to the table around a 15% placement rate that wasn't enough for management to deem worthy of signing. They'd always say something along the lines of hey that's the right idea but your time is worth more than that, and was always pushed to walk away from business below 20%. This was frustrating but fine enough as I figured they had a method to the madness. I had been told that I would have at minimum 6-12 months to ramp up my desk and build up business. The day I was called and told it was my last day I had just had a meeting with my direct supervisor saying I was doing all the right things. I had expressed concern about my lack of productivity and numbers and was told to just stay at it, in fact was told to not work outside work hours and to also enjoy my free Friday as well still. A couple hours after my meeting saying everything was okay I got a call from 2 managers I had never actually ever spoken to 1 on 1 before and they just told me today would be my last day and asked that if I had any questions email HR..and that was that.
