Pros

Cons
Where to start… The company has laid off dozens, if not hundreds, of people in the past months. They expect you to work on vacation (even though they advertise unlimited pto) -the way you “own” a client doesn’t make sense. They will take from some recruiters without a warning, but never from others. - when there is a quarterly event, if you don’t qualify, they still make you watch the awards portion of it. It can be fun, but it’s also a key time where you could be calling others to try to get more business but instead you’re forced to watch a zoom of the event where you can’t hear anything anyways - I enjoyed the team I was on, but I was the only one on the east coast on my entire team. That meant my day started 2 hours before anyone else jumped on, and was finished 2 hours before they were done. As someone who was brand new, that was tough. - the way things were structure in terms of billing was confusing. I wasn’t aware from the start that whatever you bill, only 40% goes to your tower. So every week, you fall further behind than you thought.
