Pros
The good things that the company offered to entice us from our successful careers at prior agencies have all been taken away permanently or "paused". Some of those benefits were: Quarterly awards trips, Monthly celebration boxes, and "Botpoints" that could be cashed in for additional prizes.
Cons
We lost our healthcare coverage in November for about 3 weeks and the only explanation I saw was that we had $20M in unpaid invoices. In addition, many have been asked to decrease their base salary, which is actually only a draw and since they do not offer any ramp up period like many other staffing firms, most recruiters end up in the hole, not making any commission and having weekly come to jesus meetings with their managers. Many of us live in fear of being let go at any moment, even when we are meeting or exceeding our goals. The 10% override we were promised for anyone we hire is not obtainable because we have not been able to hire anyone for 5 months while they try to stabilize what seems like the Titanic, a hugely over extended and poorly managed sinking ship with a handful of showboating executives. Our Q4 2023 quarterly bonuses were paid almost 3 months late (during the last pay period of the quarter instead of the first). We have been asked to "have patience" again this quarter and that our bonuses from Q1 2024 will be paid at some point... The profit sharing plan referenced in my offer letter has never transpired and we were told today by the CFO that it would be another 18 months or so until the company is in a position to share these profits with us. So basically, every single "pro" for coming here is now a "con". I feel as if I have been conned. I am embarrassed to have my name associated with this company and feel sorry for my colleagues who are in the same position. Based on many of these reviews, there should be a therapy group for us as we try to make our way out of this cult of a company. "Positive Vibes Only" is their mantra in the face of any adversity. You can try to be positive all you want, but when you let healthcare coverage lapse for 700+ employees, do not pay employees on time, fire (aka "performance manage") hundreds of recruiters, and then encourage all employees to make silly April Fools jokes about unemployment on social media, it is time to call for the life preservers and safety boats. SOS!
