Pros
Fun quarterly events and events at the office.
Cons
I was looking for another saying other than lipstick on a pig but this was the best suited phrase for Jobot. Under the quarterly events (that are no longer in the budget) or movie nights (which are no longer in the budget) and the free Fridays is a company that has its certain people it deems as celebrities that strut around in Gucci to show everyone that they too can make loads of money but realistically virtually everyone is trying to stay above their draw. Its told when hired that the draw is just a number that is there to hit and that no need to worry. But once you are three months behind the one on one meetings start to make sure that you are well aware that you are on the chopping block. You will even get promoted if you are behind on your draw and then to top it off they entice you with an offer letter with your promotion with more money that you have to bill. I guess looking back I should have taken the increase in pay if I was just going to get let go anyway. If you don't have a full book that you can bring with you, DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY. If you are thinking about joining jobot stay at your firm. Like the great Adam Sandler says in Billy Madison "stay here, stay as long as you can, for the love of god, cherish it" Its funny looking back there were red flags that I wish I would have listened to. During my interview with the Jobot-in-Cheif, I asked her what were her hiring plans for the future. She told me she didnt have a plan she was just going to keep hiring. Well I hope this was a lesson learned that business plans do work and giving people draft numbered jerseys just to let them go doesn't really mean anything at the end of the day. I will end with this, please look at these reviews and see that Jobot is actively trying the skew the numbers of bad reviews because public image is everything to these people. If you look at the positive reviews its literally 5 words, that's the minimum to post. lol No substance, just someone taking an order from a recruiting manager. Everyone detailed cons post is very accurate and depicts someone else's point of view. PS- Lets all have a chuckle at the "CGO" post on LinkedIn for April fools and then she proceeds to get dunked on in the comments and deletes every negative comment without apologizing. lmao!
