The motto coming out is if you don’t produce you should be let go. I completely agree. The issue that is sour in everyone’s mouth from being let go is that they were told they were going a great job every single day up until the last day they got fired WITHOUT NOTICE. Last pay check is the day after I got fired benefits stopped instantly. How is that treating your employees right?? I was in my team meeting being told I am doing an amazing job not just good but amazing, got a call from the director and head of our Division and they said today was my last day I was let go. They didn’t even know I was on vacation the week prior.
