Cons
The company has gone through some financial struggles over the past 6 months and is coming out of them. Most of this seems to be due to bringing in recruiters at high base salaries (draws) who weren’t able to bill and keeping them way too long. Some managers don’t like to fire people and kept recruiters who took advantage of the flexible work policy. Some of this is still going on now with some nepotism hires, people dating people in the company, and managers who don’t bill and are friends with low performing direct reports. Senior leadership seems to be cracking down on it and putting some structure in place. The events were also out of control but the CEO has stopped them. You also have to really work here. Most people who bill work 60 hours minimum a week to produce high numbers. The internal talent team also way overhired and picked the wrong profiles of people to be successful in full desk. If you’re looking for a place to feed or develop you as a recruiter Jobot isn’t it.
