This is not the place for you if you don’t have a proven model.
Cons
Draw system- please understand it before accepting. Ask all the questions. Not a 50/50 split desk company. Unless you create working relationships with top recruiters. (In and out of your division) Many Divisions are silo’d. Too many recruiters don’t feel the need to collaborate outside their division based on the commission model. Too many absent managers. Make sure you vet your future manager properly. We have some amazing leaders and some not so amazing leaders here. I am fortunate enough to have exactly what I need to succeed here. But remember, it’s on you to make it happen here. This is not a place for mid tier performance. Lack Transparency. You work for a big company. Your voice is funneled through your manager to the VP, to C suite. It can get lost along the way. We are a perm shop learning to become a consulting shop. Consulting minded recruiters are forced to work under perm minded models and leaders. We’re evolving but it’s still a perm focused model with many things to learn in consulting.
