Pros
- Leadership team, C-Suite team, etc., they care, they're engaged, and they will spare no expense to set you up with every tool possible to ensure you can succeed. - The absolute best company benefits I've ever had, unseen anywhere else... easily $10-$20k in cost savings if you join the business. - AI and tools are top-notch, best in the market. - The leader I reported to was outstanding. Took time to understand me, created a development plan for me, and found ways to support me even though we were in different time zones. - Autonomy - Everyone is kind to one another
Cons
- I was fully remote and it could get lonely at times. - It starts and ends with you. This was a pro for me as I was very self-motivated, but if you're someone that likes being part of a team to execute your recruiting... it could be a challenge.
