Pros
-You learn how to move fast… because you have no choice -If you like being busy, you’ll definitely be busy
Cons
-No breaks. Like… at all. You’ll be running around nonstop and somehow expected to act like that’s normal. - Short staffed every shift. It’s chaos 24/7 and then they blame YOU for not doing the work of 3 people. -Hours get cut the second it’s convenient for them, so good luck with consistent pay. -The place can be gross and not handled the way it should be, and that’s a huge red flag in a food job - The whole vibe is stress, pressure, and disrespect. It’s not worth it. -Communication is messy last-minute schedule changes and mixed instructions -Training feels rushed you’re expected to “just know” things quickly -Management favoritism!! some people get the best shifts/hours while others get punished - oh yeah The vibe can be toxic when leaders talk down to staff or blame employees for bad staffing
