Cool people, healthy and good food

Cons

Pretty much everything else. No set breaks, ridiculous hours & they expect u to work with no sleep, they don't care if you have other things going on in life. They want you to dedicate your WHOLE life to this place. Ridicoulous and unreasonable pressure.

Tips are good during the summer (especially after everyone quits and it's split between only 3 people)

Cons

- Inconsistent schedules but requiring open availability (close one day, open the next, added on schedule with no notice, 18 hrs one week, 48 the next) - No support from managers, district manager, or HR - constant disrespect, aggression, and gossip from management - extreme hypocrisy and favoritism - can't trust or rely on any team members - revolving door, constantly understaffed, no proper training, and easy job made stressful
