Pros

* great team and atmosphere * room for upwards mobility * easy work but not dull * meal plan + discount

Cons

* after ‘campus’ (weeklong work training before you get an official shift) there are unnecessary extra training sessions * often times there is poor management in terms of shift scheduling (almost always you work overtime) * joe culture can be overly bro-ey

Pros

Tips are good during the summer (especially after everyone quits and it's split between only 3 people)

Cons

- Inconsistent schedules but requiring open availability (close one day, open the next, added on schedule with no notice, 18 hrs one week, 48 the next) - No support from managers, district manager, or HR - constant disrespect, aggression, and gossip from management - extreme hypocrisy and favoritism - can't trust or rely on any team members - revolving door, constantly understaffed, no proper training, and easy job made stressful
