Pros

You’ll get to meet and work with a lot of cool people

Cons

You’ll have to work by yourself for hours, you’re constantly running back and forth, bending over and doing heavy lifting, without any real breaks. Oftentimes you’ll go your entire shift without eating, because customers just keep coming in and you’re alone. The amount of hours you get for closing shifts aren’t enough for the amount of work you have to do. You’ll often have to stay late without being paid for it. The shifts you get are random, you can close one night then open the next morning, there’s little to no consistency. There’s also a kinda creepy cultish vibe the company gives off, it’s very do it for joe believe in joe. When really their practices are very exploitative. The company demands a lot and gives little in return. I haven’t gotten any benefits and I’ve been here a year. They seem more interested in expanding, always opening new stores than making sure their employees are happy and the stores they do have are functional. Things break often and it can take months before they’re fixed. There’s just so much mental and physical stress it’s really not worth it. They make it seem like a cool job but really it’s as much a slave job as any other major food chain, but worse because at least those other food chains always have a team there.

Pros

Tips are good during the summer (especially after everyone quits and it's split between only 3 people)

Cons

- Inconsistent schedules but requiring open availability (close one day, open the next, added on schedule with no notice, 18 hrs one week, 48 the next) - No support from managers, district manager, or HR - constant disrespect, aggression, and gossip from management - extreme hypocrisy and favoritism - can't trust or rely on any team members - revolving door, constantly understaffed, no proper training, and easy job made stressful
