I showed up to Joe and the Juice Soho in NYC for my first training day. Upon arrival, I was asked to take an exam of 64 questions where you have to get 62 right. After getting a 30 I was asked to leave. I texted my manager the weekend before the test to find out where the exam online was. He told me, I would be fine without it. I was far from fine without it. When I asked before I started the test what happens if you fail, the manager ignored the question and didnt answer. After I finished, he let me go.

Tips are good during the summer (especially after everyone quits and it's split between only 3 people)

Cons

- Inconsistent schedules but requiring open availability (close one day, open the next, added on schedule with no notice, 18 hrs one week, 48 the next) - No support from managers, district manager, or HR - constant disrespect, aggression, and gossip from management - extreme hypocrisy and favoritism - can't trust or rely on any team members - revolving door, constantly understaffed, no proper training, and easy job made stressful
