Pros
Decent starting pay, easy to get hired, lots of fun people, cool background story. Good if you’re desperate for work.
Cons
The company is all over the place. They seem to have tunnel vision on just expanding everywhere and seem to care little for the employees or customers. They promise all sorts of advancement opportunities, but care more about fitting in to their (really creepy cultish frat-like) culture. They exclusively promote from the inside, never hire management from the outside, which seems cool at first, but especially when paired with culture-based promotion, leads to a disorganized and immature executive staff. Underqualified leadership leads to problems down the line in supply chain, HR, scheduling, and pay. Every location I have been to has a very male heavy staff and theres a lot of misogynistic and homophobic rhetoric (heard from PR department, no less)
