Pros

Cool, trendy environment. Breaks are always on time. Great aesthetics and technology. Healthy food and drinks. Learned a lot.

Cons

Pretty much just a cafe for aesthetics. Training is intense. To add, my specific manager was totally inconsiderate about personal work/life/school schedules.

Pros

Tips are good during the summer (especially after everyone quits and it's split between only 3 people)

Cons

- Inconsistent schedules but requiring open availability (close one day, open the next, added on schedule with no notice, 18 hrs one week, 48 the next) - No support from managers, district manager, or HR - constant disrespect, aggression, and gossip from management - extreme hypocrisy and favoritism - can't trust or rely on any team members - revolving door, constantly understaffed, no proper training, and easy job made stressful
