Pros

Hours were flexible and that’s about it

Cons

No recognition from higher ups and many people weren’t trained properly due to the manager not being trained properly. Most days, we would have to work 1 on shift.

Pros

Tips are good during the summer (especially after everyone quits and it's split between only 3 people)

Cons

- Inconsistent schedules but requiring open availability (close one day, open the next, added on schedule with no notice, 18 hrs one week, 48 the next) - No support from managers, district manager, or HR - constant disrespect, aggression, and gossip from management - extreme hypocrisy and favoritism - can't trust or rely on any team members - revolving door, constantly understaffed, no proper training, and easy job made stressful
