Pros

A pro was that they were pretty flexible with what type of shift hours you wanted

Cons

A lot of Cons! Management hires literally anyone and refuses to fire people who NEVER do their job, they even promote some of the laziest people as team leads because they have favorites. Minimum wage is not worth the stress and job responsibilities that come with working here.

Pros

Tips are good during the summer (especially after everyone quits and it's split between only 3 people)

Cons

- Inconsistent schedules but requiring open availability (close one day, open the next, added on schedule with no notice, 18 hrs one week, 48 the next) - No support from managers, district manager, or HR - constant disrespect, aggression, and gossip from management - extreme hypocrisy and favoritism - can't trust or rely on any team members - revolving door, constantly understaffed, no proper training, and easy job made stressful
