Pros

The employees are the only thing making this job worth it.

Cons

Overworked, underpaid. You’re expected to do so much without flaw but not compensated for the work involved. Long hours. Messed up schedules bc of understaffing. HR is a joke as well as management.

Pros

Tips are good during the summer (especially after everyone quits and it's split between only 3 people)

Cons

- Inconsistent schedules but requiring open availability (close one day, open the next, added on schedule with no notice, 18 hrs one week, 48 the next) - No support from managers, district manager, or HR - constant disrespect, aggression, and gossip from management - extreme hypocrisy and favoritism - can't trust or rely on any team members - revolving door, constantly understaffed, no proper training, and easy job made stressful
