From 14'-16' Joerns acquired RecoverCare, Global medical and Dynamic Medical Systems with each acquisition came major changes that always seemed to hurt more than help. Going into SAP system was a complete failure and caused far more issues than benefits. The company has been looking for a financial backer for years and can never get a deal done. Cash-poor is an understand, they company is cash-broke and on credit hold with every single vendor which snowballs into stress for every one and their customers. They cant bill properly which means the revenue they are earning they never actually receive. Betters days are always coming but actually it just gradually gets worse.
