Pros
At John Lewis they really take care of their employees. The pay isn't great but its down to the individual if they want to develop their careers training is there for everyone and this will reflect in your pay! so the more you do the more your pay increases! Everyone is so supportive and friendly, I've only been there for two years but the company is heading in the right direction.
Cons
We do three weeks late and one week early which could be a drag when your getting home eight thirty at night. Also in the month of December everyone has to do five nine o'clock finishes and you cant take any holidays during that time because of the Christmas trade!
