Pros
Good food in the canteen
Cons
*Extremely cliquey - if you're not like them (i.e. into reality TV, slightly nerdy and introverted), they make your life a living hell. *Poor career mobility - again, if you're not like them, they won't let you move. They interviewed me for a couple of perm positions, just out of courtesy, but because I wasn't a key team member, I was rejected for not "scoring enough points." *Rubbish management *I applied for this job a few years later, just to see if they'd offer it to me - they did. But they were going to pay me 4k less than when I first worked for them. When I told them this was unfair, they said a higher salary "wouldn't be fair to the other candidates", and then had the audacity to ask me if it would be a deal breaker!
