In the emergency department, I've worked with some of the most compassionate, diligent, intelligent, and hardworking health care providers I could hope to see. Great exposure. Great support.
Cons
Low pay, most people in this position are students and primarily work here for exposure and experience, but very difficult to work extensive hours without a better salary.
