Pros

Coworkers were supportive. The patients that came in were in general wonderful people.

Cons

Not a trauma informed mental health system. Restraining children needlessly. Hiring you for one unit then placing you on another. Management ignores harassment claims and HR does not assist. You could get stuck on a unit and end up working it yourself if your coworkers are not supportive. I was harassed out of working in the mental health field at this job. I heard other staff threaten the life of past coworkers. I had to deal with being told my managers didn't believe me when I saw others put down patients. Also false documentation is encouraged by charge nurses.
