Pros

It's a fantastic organization- I feel the nurses are supported to do their work and given the needed resources to provide excellent care. JMH in Walnut Creek is non-union for RNs which, I feel, helps reduce friction between staff and management.

Cons

-Limited opportunities for growth - Other CNA unionized facilities have more competitive pay rates- Kaiser and Sutter, for example, offer better pay for the RNs especially with overtime rates etc.
