      None unfortunately.very high stress environment

      Cons

      Extremely high stress environment. Horrible management with no hands on clinical care experience or compassion for the patients or employees. Very low pay. It’s a negative environment where management does not listen to employees concerns for safety or patient care. Horrible horrible. Never again will I work here.

      Pros

      Supportive Structured and organized residency/transition to specialty programs Great scheduling, can usually get your PTO approved a month prior to an event. PTO hours and sick hours are from the same bank.

      Cons

      The pay is lower than other hospitals in the area.
