Pros

Easy parking, some good hearted employees. Rewarding work.

Cons

Toxic, harassing, and incompetent management. Many employees reported to management and HR and nothing has changed. Majority of employees have left. Now they have hired non-licensed staff. New supervisor was the only candidate, got negative feedback, and was still promoted. Management just wants to fill the programs even if patients aren’t a good fit. Caseloads are too big. Not enough staffing to ensure patient and employee safety. All of this leads to huge turnover and poor patient outcomes, including a COVID spread, patients using substances on site, patients running into the busy street, and a suicide attempt on site. Shame on JM! Before COVID, there were no wait lists and patients were crammed into our rooms. Caseloads were too high. During COVID we didn’t have staff to wipe down surfaces regularly. We later learned the outpatient programs should’ve been shut down and gone remote like every other program in the country.
