I've enjoyed the opportunity to learn many great things and work with many great people at this hospital. The pay is very good now that ratification of the union contract was achieved. Facility is very well designed inside
Cons
Unfortunately, management happiness is gained thru perfection in speedy charting VS. quality of patient care. Any talks with them never include what is done well or right, only what is "immediately" expected of you to correct...despite the lack of opportunity to gain adaquate experiences to achieve desired perfection while only working as a PRN employee
