2yDear Former Employee: We are stunned and disappointed by your allegations about our dedicated and highly-skilled nurses. Delivering safe patient care is always our top priority and the words you allege were spoken are not consistent with what we know of our employees or how we treat our patients.
If what you allege occurred, it should have been immediately reported to your supervisor or manager. Such behavior and language would not be tolerated. John Muir Health provides an “Open Door” policy that offers various ways of openly communicating any concerns by speaking directly to your supervisor or manager, escalating your concerns to your executive leader, reaching out to a seasoned HR professional, or anonymously speaking to a qualified representative. We encourage all our employees to seek out any of the above options to further communicate and address concerns.
If you have any additional information to share, please contact our Human Resources department so that we can work with nursing leaders to conduct an investigation into these allegations.
