Pros

Above average starting salary. 100% tuition reimbursement with classes offered on-site. Extremely flexible work schedules (9/80 & work from home offered). Most of the supervisors are excellent in managing engineers. No cubicles. Able to be tasked on multiple projects. Rare to work more than 40-45 hours per week. Internal shuttle bus to go from building to building. New buildings are quite nice. Excellent job security. Open to travel for conferences and seminars.

Cons

Work is sometimes very dry and heavy on theory. Seems more like science projects than actual work. Work force is aging. Expensive cafeteria. Advancement up the ladder takes a long time.
