      Great peers and first line management. People always willing to help each other. Flexible hybrid work environment

      Upper management turnover makes it difficult to stick with a strategic plan, leading to a lot of re-work, churn and delays in product delivery.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
