Pros

Lots of room to move to different types of the business if you know anyone in the other areas. Good benefits and tuition reimbursement all the way to masters degrees.

Cons

Work life balance is a joke and you are nothing but what you delivered the month prior. Layoffs to fatten upper wallets are frequent. Also the 401K is sneaky, They will not match until after you have worked the entire calendar year, THEN they will deposit the prior years match the end of February or beginning of March. If you leave for ANY REASON before the the end of the year, you lose the match.

Pros

The benefits are good for the most part.

Cons

Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
